From Burnout to Bliss

Kelly began her career as a nurse but moved to online coaching after facing burnout. Even then, the same burnout cycle happened until she discovered human design. Learning she’s a 2/4 reflector—a rare type influenced by the lunar cycle—allowed her to redesign her business life according to her rhythms. It’s made all the difference.


Rest and Reflection: Not Just "Doing Nothing"

Reflectors like Kelly have fluctuating energy levels. She needs extra rest around the full moon but is energized during the new moon. To manage this, Kelly schedules short, 20-minute breaks to ground herself, especially after social interactions. She reframes rest as a time for reflection and addressing subconscious issues, which keeps her mind clear and focused.


Tips for Reflectors in Business

Kelly shared some valuable advice for reflectors (and really anyone) looking to align their business with their energy:


1. Understand Your Energy Cycles: Track when you feel energized and when you need rest.

2. Think Creatively: Design your business to fit your energy, such as flexible hours or fewer clients.

3. Get Support: Don’t hesitate to ask for help from team members or partners.

4. Spend Time in Nature: Use rest periods to connect with nature—sit outside or put your feet in the grass.


Moon Rituals to Boost Productivity

Kelly's moon rituals are a big part of her routine:


- Full Moon: Time for introspection and release. She journals and does burn ceremonies to let go of negatives.

- Between Full and New Moon: She feels more psychic and open to insights, which she records meticulously.

- New Moon: A period of high energy, perfect for engaging activities and family time.


Physical Wellness Matters Too

Kelly stressed that good sleep, diet, and self-care are crucial to avoid burnout and keep energy channels open. She helps other women create tailored wellness routines for a balanced life and business.
