I always say, "first of all, this sends a message to the universe to start helping bring all the things together. But this is truly a co-creative process." It's all about evolving your business with intention and setting it up in a way that aligns with what you truly want.
Here's one of the big lessons I've learned: an offer is not the same as your business model. Too often, entrepreneurs focus on individual offers without thinking about the larger business structure. Trust me, considering the big picture and how a structured business model can bring long-term success is a game-changer. It helps avoid burnout and wasted resources.
Understanding Business Elements
Okay, so let’s break it down: a business model is the foundation of how you create, deliver, and capture value. An offer suite is a collection of offerings that meet different client needs and fit into your time and energy constraints. And individual offers? They’re specific packages designed to support your clients and help you meet your income and impact goals.
Let me give you an example. Imagine you're a marketing and content creation entrepreneur. You could choose Model A (focusing on coaching) or Model B (building an agency). Model A involves teaching clients how to create viral content themselves, while Model B has a team doing it for them. Your choice should align with what feels right for you, your energy levels, lifestyle, and what your clients need.
